So if they call to JA you demand a trip get RLS to get you back to 13 days off at a minimum. Then they'll say they cant, and then you don't have to be the bad guy. Make them follow the contract. This ensures nobody was slowing anything down. It's not a deal if you know your rights. And they won't give RLS anymore so you can stay home with your family.
