Once you get on a seniority list, depending on your age, you are pretty much married to it. I'm 44, in the top 28%. If I leave to go to a major, what am I going to retire as? A 320 captain? It's better to stay here and fight.

I personally wouldn't advise anyone to get in to this career, and I certainly wouldn't advise anyone to come to Spirit unless you're unemployed. Hopefully one day that will change and I can be proud to work here.
