Year 4 is where it ties up and then goes back and forth from there. They have a 75 hour guarantee and 125% pay for anything flown over 82 hours.
Your second year math is off bud. Plus you didn't factor in the hotel you need to pay in training and the training contract you'll have to pay back in the case you find a much much better job.
