So every credit card, bank agency, and online retailer on the planet has a web page that lets you close it in one place and then login again from anywhere else in the world, but it's our fault for not properly logging out of deltanet... noted. If their mission statement was incompetence they wouldn't be able to do a better job of it. At least they blame the customer for their shortfalls.
Update: After having to call this morning to get "unlocked" I logged out correctly. 2 hours...I locked out again. They "have no idea why"
