It's not that you are wrong......you have just worked your way into a worst case scenario corner. You have gone so far off the negativity deep end, we are trying to haul you back in but it doesn't seem to working.
The airline is staffed for the moment. Not overstaffed, not understaffed just staffed. We are parking a fleet with senior pilots, and adding the same amount of jobs to another senior fleet. Unfortunantly everyone needs 30 days of BLDG training plus IOE. SIM slots are filling up. Once the displacements are done the movement will start again.
