No offense, but you don't appear to know what you're getting into if you're hoping the CBA is negotiated in good faith in the next 12 months. Atlas is currently suing the pilot group to prevent this exact thing. There will be no negotiations or a vote on CBA if they win that lawsuit. Good luck in your decision, but keep researching. Flying here is fun, but you will find yourself *****ing in the cockpit after the 500th CBA violation you're a part of and another exec bonus! It's a completely different world than 117 passenger flying. What would you do if we never got a contact, you don't get hired anywhere else, and you're gone 18+ days a month texting the wife from Niger under this CBA forever?
