The airline is staffed for the moment. Not overstaffed, not understaffed just staffed. We are parking a fleet with senior pilots, and adding the same amount of jobs to another senior fleet. Unfortunantly everyone needs 30 days of BLDG training plus IOE. SIM slots are filling up. Once the displacements are done the movement will start again.
What he said. Hiring slow down has happened every summer since hiring started again. Talking to friends in the hiring department they said same thing, will resume in the fall.
