The not so subtle nuance is when guys decline the assignment and then offer crew scheduling (on a recorded line) a dissertation on why they're declining the trip. If pressed, the answer is "because it's my day off and I have other plans", although that would be a generous answer, it's actually none of the companies business why you don't want to work on a day off. Caller ID is wonderful thing.
Whatever the reason, the net effect is the same, right?
Bingo, what he said... Remember, you have your bothers names on those documents with the court, agree or disagree, it's was just made personal.. Follow the unions lead, and it will get worked out one way or another, we all know it's been a nightmare never ending carnival ride, but eventually they'll tap out..
