iCrew Max improves my QOL and pay almost every month. In the first month it paid itself off for about 5 years.

I can pretty quickly scan the category & staffing lists and AE awards to figure where I would sit. Then again I don't plan on leaving my base, even then I would only leave for a few categories. It's a great site and I don't blame him for charging. If I had no idea what base/cateogry I wanted, then I'd drop the cash in a heartbeat, but probably only for quick snapshot...not an on going subscription. It would save lots of time and effort and that cash is a drop in the bucket.
