I have an idea!! How about getting a new contract with pay rates equal to your competitors so people would like to go to Spirit and then staffing wouldn't be an issue... I just thought about that just now all by myself!! LOL Another thing I am thinking about all by myself is that if all the other airlines out there getting these big contracts paying alot more than Spirit for the same work would tell me by my "common sense" that everyone will go work for those competitors and leave Spirit causing even more staffing issues eventually hurting the investors bottomline!!! But, im just a pilot and thinking outloud right now... what do I know right? LOL
