Increase in hiring bonuses should show that we're falling short.

End of the day, there's still no contract. They're 'just' 50 seaters. This company continues to junior man, reroute, and abuse the pilots to make ends meet. There's absolutely no quality of life if you're a junior first officer because of that. The whole idea that this announcement and meager bonuses would be the end all magic fix to those in toon town is laughable. It's getting worse before it gets better, maybe more bodies will make it better, but clearly if they're willing to almost double incentive bonuses, we are falling short of the hiring goals and that should make people nervous.
