So this hasn't happened to me because I don't care to upgrade sooner because at the moment I like my seniority.. but I get requests all the time for people wanting to swap training and they need the "I will not block the swap". Grant it its kind of annoying all the time having to do this but I do because frankly someone is going to training whether it's pilot A (senior) or pilot B(junior)...

My question is why in the heck are some of you blocking your fellow pilots from swapping? I've now heard a few names of guys who are doing it and I'm kinda questioning why? One response I heard was well he said I got blocked so I'm now the blocker as well.... petty..... seriously as a pilot group what is up? I get because you can you can... and because your senior you can block BUT like I said someone is going to have to go and if it helps out two fellow pilots ..... why the pettiness?
