The company thinks it has turned their weakness (lack of pilots) into a strength through this injunction/hearing. They are playing smoke and mirrors. The problem is that they just turned the workplace into a hostile one. They already have trouble hiring and retaining enough pilots. They will rue the day they filed the injunction.

Beans is a good guy, he's actually uniting us. I hope he posts and talks this way to all the 1600 pilots on property.
