Posting readily available facts probably won't get the union sued (again), but apparently ALPA is going to have to pay out for random internet heroes posting their opinions. So I think I'll leave out anything that sounds like a "should", and won't guess at management's motivations either. I'm sure neither the company nor the SEC needs more ammunition against the pilot group and the union.
