Pretty interesting how 3 months ago when he migrated over to the new widgetseniority.com website his reason was that he had received too many complaints from people about others spying on their seniority number. I thought that was odd as it is all information any of us could gather the hard way if we really wanted to. Now it becomes quite apparent that the whole move to the new website and account creation system was necessary as part of the larger strategy to create a revenue generation feature.

How very 'old guard' of him.

To me as a fairly new guy this seniority tracking tool was the one thing that gave Curly some credibility. I didn't agree with most of his statements on the facebook page, but I figured he was a well intentioned individual underneath it all. Now that he has decided to make his tool exclusive just before the MOAB it is clear that Curly is not simply donating his services to the pilot group, there is no 'volunteer' spirit there. I guess that is fine as it is not a requirement for him to be generous to his coworkers but I certainly do not have the same opinion of him that I once did.
