Airline contracts aren't based on the size of the airline - that's why financial analysis is done by the unions so that a reasonable"ask" can be formulated.
I'm a lurker from another airline, Beans-troll, so don't plan on using this in your lawsuit: keep the pressure on Spirit pilots, don't pick up open time, get what you deserve.
