Their decision to swap wasn't going to affect your pay raise in any way. Who cares if a junior person goes before you within the scope of the contract? You are going to get paid the same.

This is why we had 57% say YES to a crappy contract because some folks were given a benny that others wouldn't get and they screwed their buddy.

Sorry Mark, but you really are "that guy." I can't believe you admitted it.
