It's listed under the "Job Fairs" tab on the Southwest application home page on Pilotcredentials. So at least we know that Southwest is gonna be there.

What I'm wondering, though, is whether this OBAP appearance will have the same weight as the recent WAI and the in-houses. I met with Southwest at FAPA last spring in Vegas and from what I could gather it didn't seem to help anyone in securing an interview.
