So the judge wants to go against Federal regulation. Last time I check its the PIC that has the final authority to say whether an aircraft is airworthy. NOT someone in a robe sitting in a court room. Fatigue ->> what's the purpose of obtaining knowlegde of fatigue every year but can no longer make a true fatigue callout or sick. Last time I check it was part of IMSAFE checklist which is part of aeronautical decision making. What's the purpose of Chapter 17 (ADM - correct me if im wrong) in the PHAK. What have I been learning since student pilot days?

I wonder what the FAA has to say about that? 🤔🤔
