Well, middle of the pack lineholders still have Time Away From Base protection, 4 day max trip length scheduled protection, lineholders can easily refuse a Junior Man or Extension on Day 4, so that's not Reserve by a long shot. Reserves have none of these contractual protections (they better be in the next contract, but I digress). Furthermore, when you refer to super junior folks, your talking about people who have been on property for 1.5 - 2 years.
The folks down at the operational level are great and I love coming to work, but lets not sugar coat things because we like AWA(c). It should be better.
