Trust me:

You will stop wanting to use your travel benefits after maybe two months of commuting to reserve. You will not want to set foot anywhere near an airport on your days off. You will come to loathe air travel anytime you are not working a flight.

Commuting sucks. Commuting to reserve REALLY sucks. Unless you're planning on moving to CLT, plan on hating your life and wasting days off commuting because you get non-commutable trips.
