On the ground, if a flight attendant calls the cockpit to inform the pilots that a passenger has walked into the lav, why do the Express guys hit the brakes and cause a traffic backup? I've never understood why they feel that have to stop on a busy taxiway.....
Because it's in the FOM? I've witnessed this happen on multiple mainline flights as well.
