That's right Envoy is now in line with the industry when it comes to upgrades now less than 2 years to become a Captain at Envoy. You forgot to mention Envoy as of recently also has overall one of the highest paid pilots (nearly $60 000 new hire pay) with an un-matched Flow Through agreement to the Largest Airline in the world, American Airlines which has the Highest number of Retirements in the entire industry. Couple THAT with the recent news of becoming an Captain in less than 2 years and Envoy is ahead of many of you out there. Now if only the rest of you could follow the Industry Standard in Pay & Actual (No interview) Flow Through agreement to a Major Airline we may all be closer to the Industry Standard.
Wouldn't a sub-2 year upgrade mean someone who was hired less than 2 years ago was actually IN upgrade class?
