Dude, they have pages of evidence against us. It's been well doucumented on this site alone of guys harassing and intimidating others. Anonymous site doesn't matter...guys on here mentioned specific initials of guys and specific flight numbers so it's not a fake person, it's people who works here with access to Flica. They have recordings of pilots on recorded lines actually saying they won't pick up trips out of fear of harassment, and even voicemails with guys saying they won't help out due to negotiations......I gauarentee they know or could easily find out who did the spachokers website which was clearly harasssment...the point being harassment and public shaming has started to happen and is completely illegal under the RLA and can be ruled a job action... our own attorneys that I met at the PUB event this week said some Of the evidence against us doesn't look good.... as crappy as this injunction is and frustrated as I am I completely support the union not fighting this...the TRO is merely a slap on the wrist and more of a warning to us.. act normal and Fly the way we usually have and we can go back to just fighting about the contract...the lawyers specifically said the other other night, specific names of individuals, and specific incidents will be aired out in public and there is zero anonymity if this proceeds to a legal battle...who in the hell wants or needs that... our focus and financial power as a union needs to squarely be at the negotiation table right now....we are in the meat and potatoes section of negotiations and that is where the fight and energy needs to be focused....fighting the TRO which is merely a warning shot at this point is a waste of energy...we'd lose that fight anyway....swallow the crap sandwich that is this TRO... pick up us much or as little opentime as you did before......status quo for all parties across the board and let's focus on the contract!
