Now, however as it is getting more difficult to find and recruit new FOs, GoJet is using the DEC position to entice experienced pilots to join GoJet. New hire DECs at GoJet can reasonably expect to fly up to 50% of their time in the right seat. On the plus side, all flying is paid at the captain pay scale and it's better than sitting reserve all day.
