I agree, as I said; street captains are still getting captain pay and it's still better than sitting reserve.
My post is merely to advise potential new hire street captains that they can and will be used in the right seat. When you compare they FO reserve grids to the Captain reserve grids it is glaringly obvious that we are very short of FOs and with the increase in summer flying approaching reserve captains can be expected to fly a lot more in the right seat.
I'm not complaining (this time) just providing info so potential new hires can manage their expectations.
