Our sim instructors who are actual Envoy pilots (on the seniority list) are paid quite handsomely, easily six figures without even picking up any extra OT flying on the line. The company is supplementing our current sim instructors due to current high training demands by hiring additional off the street sim instructors. Those sim instructors who aren't Envoy pilots will be paid a lower salary, $80,000/yr. The ground instructors don't fly the airplane or the sim, aren't on the seniority list, and aren't ALPA. They are paid the lowest of all.
