Nobody wants to look at time invested as a waste, but I've talked to guys that left Spirit for other airlines and can't believe how awesome it is to be respected and not work for scum. In the coming months Spirit will have achieved their dream of becoming a crummy regional and will enjoy attrition like they never thought possible. I give it 6 months. Problem is, when it starts it's hard to stop!
I had always considered riding this dump out...was never a question, this was my career destination. That shipped sailed this month! I've already wasted far too many years here. Resume updated and applications are being completed.
So count me in the actively seeking employment elsewhere club.
