Everyone of my buddies that I talked to this last week said they are updating their resumes and apps to get out, even pilots that have good seniority on the CA side are ready to jump ship. I think this last week was the straw that broke the camels back.
The pilots have worked hard to not only build this airline but to try to positively build the Spirit Culture. A nice pat on the back for a job well done must be asking too much.
