If our Union members are in OCC trying to help them fix the Company designed problems I have no respect for the Union leadership! The company runs to a Judge and gets an TRO and now the Union is in helping the Company? Really. The Company didn't hire enough and can't schedule it's crews. Not my problem. I'm also not real happy with our leadership cowering to company lawyers. I've never been one to back down and many times it has cost me more monetarily to do what was right with getting only a little in return just to satisfy my own fight or flight syndrome.
I think we have to look at the big picture and realize that in the eye of the NMB, this looks like we are doing the right thing despite who's fault it is.
You know in the end the company always looks like the money grubbing *****s they always do. It was like that last time and they are showing their true colors again.
