But having been here since 01 we have always fought the good and smart fight we may not always agree. But Federal court is not a venu that is favorable to our plight and is ruled by judicial precedent. I encourage you to call a rep seek the facts, if you have already then be well brother!

I reread my post and you may have misunderstood my on the fly, poorly written iPhone post. I was actually saying that as much as I hate the course of action the MEC has taken, in the long run, it is correct. My initial reaction was to want to fight the "Fake News" the company put out and take this to court, but in the end, its only the lawyers that win. We are better off taking the course of action the MEC has chosen and get things back on track and look favorable to the NMB because we all know that the company will show their true colors again.
I do believe what another poster said. The company is getting desperate. Filing a lawsuit was an act of desperation and weakness. I like many others have updated my resume. Too many opportunities to ignore right now.
