Seriously, what's the deal with all these guys who think they can just apply and get a class date? A lot has changed since the contract, and Allegiant may actually have higher standards than some of the legacies. I recommended a friend who was a regional captain with a decade of experience and was a LCA. They shot this person down after the video interview for no apparent reason. This person got picked up by SWA within a month. So who knows. For those who want it it's a great job, and not like any other airline out there, in a good way. So do some serious research, think about the business model, and why you want to work there VERSUS OTHER AIRLINES. Allegiant doesn't seem interested in those not looking to stay, and it's pretty easy to tell. The video seems to be the top screening tool so dress up and put in your best face. Attitude is EVERYTHING. If you get invited to LAS it's yours to lose. Good luck.
