After working for a whole year you have a 3-day worth of sick time.
For 2 years of moving airplanes it is like that and that doesn't pass the smell test. The average American gets the cold twice a year.

From longevity pay year 3-6 it equates to a four day per year.

Starting at year six it gets better but nothing pads the user bank more than seniority and being able to post awesome trips when you get ill.

If you have seniority I can see how you might think things are fine. Most people I believe feel vacation and user time needs to be addressed.
