Has the insurance improved? Has the retirement improved? Has the reserve schedule improved? Has the staffing improved? Dispatch? Has OTP improved? SOP's and procedures? Please explain how things have improved aside from Liftup awards or a pat on the back from the system chief?
We are all dying to know your thoughts because from a realistic line pilots perspective the "improvements" you speak of are solely robbing Peter to pay Paul. The fact you buy into it leads us to believe your head is either buried so far into the sand or up managements backside trying to climb the ladder.
