The biggest problem with your pov in general, is your constant praise of B6, while claiming to volunteer for ALPA. Anyone who sees why ALPA is here, would also see the frustration within the pilot group- This seems to escape you. Guys ARE going to leave, and its more than a few.

Its lovely to be positive, but you have claimed, on numerous occasions, that it keeps getting better here.
When Atr or I, or anyone say truthful but negative things, the facts are indisputable.
1. Healthcare has been gutted
2. Reserve rules are regional-like
3. FSM changed at the whim of management
4. Poor vacation system
5. Pay is 20-30% behind (I know guys, its more)
6. 3 day trips worth 10 hrs.
7. Enough redeyes to **** off even a freight dog

It is NOT getting better- Why do you insist on brushing over the problems here?
It is not a terrible place to work, but be honest to prospective candidates and empathize with those of us that are fed up.
B6 is NOT a destination airline.
It may become one, but B6 is too cheap to ever be on par with a legacy
contract.
Now, can you finally answer the question that has been leveled
to you by everyone?
How is it presently getting better?
No harm meant by this HB, but cut the pro company BS and at least act like you are apart of B6 reality.
Peace man
I agree with all of this. I believe in the group of ALPA volunteers and the work they are doing. I go to the meetings, I read the emails including committee updates. This why I ask many how they can't see it's getting better?

I see the progress in so many area that many choose not to look or acknowledge. The MEC and the negotiating committee are busting their butts to take advantage of any opportunity and to be prepared should any present themselves. Sure we cannot see the work the(negotiating committee) they are doing and it will be in the form of a CBA. You gotta love the team all good dudes and highly qualified!

Getting Better...
plenty of grievances and clarifications of FSM language that will help the pilots QOL and wallet. Including ATRdrivers Contract above all roller board handles

We got a raise during negotiations and although it's not the final one for sure its' more than we had last year.

ALPA Reps doing outstanding work on behalf of the pilots

Plenty of ALPA Committees doing outstanding work on all fronts. Read the updates and tell me I'm wrong...

Vets in Blue initiatives

We Jetblue ALPA Pilots are involved and helping our fellow brethren in almost every facet of our jobs to make a positive difference.

The Final will be a CBA which will be BETTER and not worse than were we stand today......
