I agree with much of this with 2 points of order.
1. We didn't get a raise. 8% increase with corresponding 5% decrease in PS will result in barely a COLA adjustment. Don't toe the company line on this one......
2. Our CBA can't just be better than where we stand today...it needs to be as good and/or better than our contemporaries or it will get voted down. Period. Oh, and our peers (for compensation/CBA comparison) are Delta, United, AA and SWA, NOT Frontier, Spirit and Allegiant.
I just hope that if we do get a turd sent to a vote, that there are enough people at the company with a backbone to vote it down. Not saying that the NC would send a turd to a vote.
