Price not hugely critical or constrained because I don't have anything but the house payment pulling on my finances.

I've poked around a bit on realtor.com, but it's tough to know what I'm looking at with no prior knowledge of the area. I'd rather stay away from the mass builder (Lenar, KB Homes, etc.) neighborhoods.

My knowledge of Vegas is limited to airline overnights.

Any suggestions on where to start looking? Thanks in advance.
I hear Summerlin is nice, it's out on the western edge of the city.
