Can the Er even make it to ICN? If not, they can add fuel stops to get credit for even more BH's.
ER flies SEA to ICN/PEK/PVG. PEK is longer than ICN. PVG is longer than that, 12+ double crewed. I've done PVG probably 20 times, always full, never bumped anyone for weight as far as I know.
