Sweet Jesus, lets just get unified and get this CBA done. I read this thread and it sometimes appears we are on different teams here. I believe things will be better after a CBA is in place. Life will be better here once management can't change whatever they want via an email. Until then, I will continue to volunteer and help where I can with the union effort. I will also come to work with a good attitude and treat our customers with respect. I want them to come back and fly JB. After all, JB pays my paycheck and I want the company to succeed just as much as I want a CBA.
