I'm currently on the 73N and have flown the 7ER (different airline) and I would say it's a no brainer. 7ER is such a better jet and you'll have a much grater variety of flying especially in SEA. If you live in base, it only makes it easier to deal with reserve.
Again, I'm currently on the 73N and was awarded 330B on the last bid. I have 7ER higher in my displacement bid than just going back to the 73N. DTW73N trips are generally much better than the DTW7ER but I just want to fly that jet and get out of the closet space 73N cockpit.
