Being the legacy HQ of NWA means the locals and near-region guys are rooted. The 18-year 320B group has a number of guys who earn captain pay by staying put. The growth/turnover activity means everyone has a choice. Some seem irritated that other's preferences stand in the way of
their preferences. That's nothing new.
I predict the 2018-19 movement will be even more pronounced. Fun times!
