Rocky came into our newhire class and point blank said, "tell your friends not to do the canned interview prep. We know pretty quick if they have a canned answer, and that will hurt them."

It's up to you, but they want the real you. Just keep in mind that figuring out how to tell your story is different from having the answers before hand.
