Yes she use to work for SWA HR, but you will never meet her or even speak to her over the phone. The only communication I got with her directly (I guess it was her) was a few lines in an email. So don't think you are being prepped directly by her. The people working for her, they are nice, but I don't know that it was really worth the money. I had one very important question that I had to figure out on my own, though I asked both of the girls working for her directly. One said she had to get back to me, the other I could tell had no idea (neither were pilots). She never got back to me. I probably failed my interview because of this specific problem I got 0 help with from them.

So, the service isn't bad, but it wasn't some insider information prep like it appears on the surface.
I would have been better off without it I think.
