The other legacies clearly don't have this issue.
This makes us very attractive and will ensure we'll have plenty of applicants as the pool gets thinner over the years.
As far as the recent low time upgrades are concerned, they got awarded at 4 months but by the time training is complete, it's a 12 month process. Still not a long time but definitely not a 4 month thing.
