Also to add you your insight if your assessment was in fact true tell me one person that left here for a regional. Apples and Oranges. You also live in base probably? Bet the fram on never having to commute? you talk a good talk you are not going to go anywhere and you know it. So why would you not try to make this better and join a committee and not just APC?

How many times did you have to interview too get this job? Man you must have really wanted to come here all less than a year ago..to this $hit show. and to be so bitter... I wonder what your seniority list number would have been had you been hired if there was more than one time? Bitterness?

I do help with the Veterans Initiatives here at JetBlue to help hire Veterans when the rest of the US seems to turn the other cheek after serving their country. Have ever been to a VIB event? Yes or NO? I am very proud of those initiatives and if that makes me a company guy then...Guilty. That is one of the best programs at JetBlue. Period!

I will continue to support and help by ALPA JETBLUE PILOTS to our first CBA!

I'll introduce myself to you at a union meeting if you go? Then we can see how much you have to say in person rather than the stroke of your keyboard and you can tell me how much your personally doing for this pilot group?......
Your entire post is completely off base. Interviewed only once, been here more than a year (we've covered this already, the mgmt guy in recurrent sounded a lot like you), fully qualified for a legacy, I do commute (you shouldn't have bet the farm), I volunteer yet haven't seen or heard you in that capacity or at any meetings, etc etc etc. Just stop.

This isn't about me, no matter how much you try to make it about me. It's about making this a good place to make a career. Unfortunately it isn't as long as our work rules are behind some regionals (yes, the work rules were much better overall where I came from. The job security wasn't, so here I am). If we can at least get pay and work rules up to on par with the legacies, the sting of slow career progression can be mitigated some.

Why do you not want prospective new hires to know the truth about what they're getting themselves into? You're not showing your "caring" and "integrity" values.
