I didn't mention those networks. But again, if measured, I would expect that MSNBC would end up somewhere near FOX, while CNN would end up somewhere toward the middle.

What's more, I would guess that were you to ask their executives, they would say that their intended audiences were political leftists in the case of MSNBC, and centrists for CNN. I expect that they know precisely who they're targeting, as their ad money depends on it.
