no, they are calling people to see if they meet the upgrade requirements, it has absolutely nothing to do with what you bid. If you have over 1k at delta you obviously wont get a call. They also go off the hours form you fill out in indoc. If you bid NYC capt on the 717 you will be awarded it this bid at your seniority. A june 2016 hire got a phone call about it....
