Do they know that at 7PM on the last day a "volunteer period" starts where they don't have to answer their phone. The caveat being that if from 7-9pm CrewSupport does try to assign you a future trip, you must go online and accept it by noon the next day.

Doubt it. I never knew that either. Going to read it today. Still would make my commute from 3-4 flights home to 1 if I bid PM reserve but I'll pass the message along. I assume I can't do the same on AM reserve or ready.
