What's really hysterical, is that there may actually be pilots at Envoy, that think they are American Airlines employees.

For the last 10 years I was at Eagle, my name was on the AA pilots system seniority list, yet I never would have considered myself an American employee, or an AA pilot. My first day as an American Airlines Employee, was the first day I sat in Indoc at AA. It's the same for everyone else who flowed before and after I did, and everyone else who will in the future.

If your "airline code is AA", can you list as a primary or alternate for the jump seat on an AA flight? AA employees got a profit sharing payout last year, did you?

Bottom line, everyone is happy that every Envoy pilot will be able to flow, I sincerely hope it won't take any of you as long as it took us. But don't be a douche. And telling anyone you work for AA when you don't, is being a douche.

I'll probably be a captain when you get here, and I'll gladly buy the beers on a layover, unless your an aforementioned douche. You work for Envoy, own it, be proud of it until you move on.
