ORD's going to be much tougher to get to or predicate. Last guy into the base was 2000 numbers from the bottom. Junior guy is about 800 from the bottom and that occurred March 2017.

Based on retirements alone that could be 2-4 years. But obviously a guy with 14 months LOS is already there so the movement isn't linear.

ORD retirement percentage lags behind the system wide average percentage until 2024. So it will be tougher to get into and will probably have slower advancement than other bases.
